Dear Vendor,

Hello, Midlothian’s Eastern Star Chapter #85 is making plans for the 35th annual Holly Days Bazaar.  This information is being sent to you because of your previous participation and/or expression of interest in participating in the Holly Days Bazaar.  The event will be held on the Saturday before Thanksgiving, November 18, 2017.  If you wish to rent space, please send the application with payment to the address given above.  Please remember that it will be the same as it has been in the past and is on a first come, first served basis.  This means that the payment must be in hand to reserve your space.  Please note that due to the many requests by our vendors, we have changed the time to run from 9am to 4pm.
